Magnet-Schultz of America, part of Worldwide Magnet-Schultz, is a manufacturer of solenoids, value added assemblies and precision machined components.

We want to add the right person to our sales department who can be responsible for managing internal technical programs and external regional sales activities.

The ideal candidate’s resume will include the following:

Technical Background:

A Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree, or relevant Electro-Mechanical

experience.

Program Management:

Experience taking products from the concept through the manufacturing stage.

The skill set to facilitate and coordinate inter-departmental activities.

Technical Sales:

Three to five years of OEM technical sales experience, creating meaningful

and profitable customer relationships.

A demonstrated ability to identify new customers and markets.

The ability to first understand, and then lead customers to the correct

product solution.

Experience working with Manufacturers Representatives is also a plus.

This position requires 30% travel.
